You will receive a lot of information from the School which is normally sent by email. The School also has a website news page and twitter account.
If we do email you a question, we ask that you reply within a short time period. This helps with the flow of information regarding your training and personal needs. Likewise, we will reply to your email as soon as we can.
Sometimes emails can be overlooked, so if you are waiting for a reply and have not heard back after a reasonable amount of time, please email again.
Line of communication
There are routes you can take if you think you are not receiving replies to your enquiries within a reasonable time. If have not heard back from your Educational Supervisor then perhaps speak to the College Tutor. The Programme Directors may be able to help or you may wish to email the Head of School.
